Jeev Milkha Singh [Images] endured another tough day at the Irish Open as he stuttered to a three-over 75 in the penultimate round to slip to the tied 36th spot on the leader-board.

Jeev, who was tied for the lead on the first day, has found the going tough at the Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort after the opening-round burst and his 75 yesterday took his total to one-over 217.

The seasoned campaigner made a disastrous start as he stumbled to bogeys on the second and fourth before dropping a double bogey on the sixth hole.

A birdie sandwiched in between was just not enough to pull things back as Jeev made the turn three-over.

His backward journey started rather well as he picked up a stroke on the 10th hole but bogeys on the 13th and 17th further dented his prospects.

The Chandigarh golfer than sank in a birdie on the par-five 18th hole to round off the disappointing day on a positive note.

Jeev is the only Indian left in fray after the trio of Jyoti Randhawa, Shiv Kapur and Indian Masters champion SSP Chowrasia failed to make the cut.

Meanwhile, at the top, Welshman Bradley Dredge turned in a sparkling six-under 66 that elevated him to the top of the leader-board on nine-under 207, one clear of England's [Images] Richard Finch, who posted a seven-under 65.

Another Englishman, Lee Westwood, took the sole third post after blasting a 64 to take his total to seven-under 209.
