Bagan colts score big win

Mohun Bagan began their campaign in the Nike-Manchester United Premier Cup (under-15) football tournament with a resounding 9-0 victory over J &K Football Academy at the Goan Sports Association ground in Mumbai on Wednesday.

The highlight of the big victory was four goals by David Lolrinmuana.

Amit Singh (2), Biswadeep Das (2) and Malswan Sela were the other scorers.

Mohun Bagan were winners of the India leg of the tournament last year.

East Bengal, another Kolkata team, also had it easy, whipping Pondicherry Football Academy 7-0.
