Riding on a fine brace by man-of-the-match Nigerian Dudu Omagbemi, title aspirant Sporting Clube de Goa trounced bottom-placed Fransa Pax 3-0 in the ONGC 10th edition National Football league match at the Duler ground in Mapusa on Sunday.

All the three goals for Sporting came in the second half - through Dudu in the 51st and 56th minutes, and while Bibiano Fernandes added the third in 86th minute.

With Sunday's win, Sporting jumped on to the second spot with 13 points, behind league leader Mahindra United who have 16 points. East Bengal were pushed to third spot with 12 points. Fransa remained on two points from as many matches.
