Italy's Nesta given all-clear

Central defender Nesta has been struggling with a muscle injury and has not trained with the team since they arrived in Germany on Wednesday.Castellacci said that defender Gianluca Zambrotta and Gennaro Gattuso -- who will both miss Monday's opener with thigh injuries -- could return to full training next week.
