Fifth seeded Nudnida Luangnam of Thailand bagged the singles title in the US $10,000 ITF Women's Tennis Championship at the Gymkhana Club Courts in Chennai on Saturday.

The Thai, ranked 503rd on the ITF list, was never under pressure during her match against Miki Miyamura of Japan, prevailing 6-3, 6-0.

Luangnam broke her opponent in the fifth game and then held service to take the first set.

In the second, the Thai never allowed Miyamura to settle and won without conceding a game.
