Bayern Munich should be able to field their first-choice strike partnership for Tuesday's Champions League clash with Chelsea after Claudio Pizarro said he had fully recovered from his hamstring injury.

"I feel fit and I have no more problems," the Peruvian international said after coming through a training session on Sunday.

Dutchman Roy Makaay, Pizarro's regular partner up front, returned for Bayern in Saturday's 2-1 win at home to Borussia Moenchengladbach.

Both Makaay and Pizarro missed Bayern's 4-2 defeat in the quarter-final first leg in London [Images] last week.

Their return would be a huge boost to the German side's chances of staging a recovery.

Pizarro scored two of the goals in the side's 3-1 win over Arsenal [Images] at the Olympic [Images] Stadium in the last round, while Makaay has notched seven goals in the Champions League this season.
