Does India need a foreign hockey coach?

In the backdrop of India's pathetic display in the ongoing Champions Trophy hockey tournament, the Indian Hockey Federation has indicated that it may appoint a foreign coach to reverse the fortunes of the team, which is "lacking in motivation".

The Indian cricket team has shown visible improvement after the induction of New Zealand's John Wright as team coach. Do you think a foreign coach in hockey can replicate his success?
