Tiger losing his stripes?
Intimidation was Tiger's biggest weapon. The fear factor just isn't there any more. People realise that he is human and makes mistakes like everyone else. Tiger's aura of invincibility has faded. In the four majors in 2003, his best finish was a tie for fourth, in the British Open, when he was a cumulative 18 over par.
But Tiger knows not only how to win, but lose with honour and dignity as well. While the rest of the world talks about his slump, he is biding his time, waiting for his return to form. And then he will answer his critics.
