Ralf Schumacher was officially blamed for the multiple collision at the start of the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim in Germany on Sunday, which led to six cars going out of the race.

As punishment, race stewards ruled that  the German would have to drop 10 grid positions from his qualifying spot at the start of his next race, the Hungarian Grand Prix, on August 24.

Are the stewards right? Is the punishment too harsh?
