March 05, 2009 14:16 IST

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray [Images] on Thursday visited Shiv Sena president Bal Thackeray [Images], undergoing treatment at Lilavati Hospital in suburban Bandra, hospital sources said.

This is the second time recently that Raj has visited his uncle, Thackeray.

Earlier, a day after the 82-year-Sena leader was admitted to the hospital following a complaint of fever and weakness, Raj had visited his uncle on February 27.

Bal Thackeray is recovering in a private room on the 11th floor of the hospital and is guarded by his personal body guards, sources added.
