Over 25 flights were delayed and three were diverted to various destinations due to heavy fog at the Indira Gandhi [Images] International Airport in New Delhi on Thursday morning.

Most of the in-coming flights got delayed by over two to three hours due to the foggy conditions at the airport.

Outgoing flights were also delayed by up to two hours, airport sources said.

The fog enveloped the airport on Thursday morning which led to the delay which resulted in a long wait for relatives who were waiting for passengers.
