Mahajan case: Pravin pleads not guilty

Pravin Mahajan, accused of killing his brother and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan, on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.

Pravin was produced before a sessions court in Mumbai, which read out the charges against him that included murder and trespassing into the Worli residence of his late brother on April 22 last year.

Proceedings in the case have been adjourned to January 31 when the prosecution is expected to submit a list of documents it will rely on to prove its case.
