A slew of glossy new magazines, television shows, extravagant movies, burgeoning Internet portals. . . you might be forgiven for thinking inflation is a figment of somebody's fevered imagination.
Even in these trying economic times, the Indian media and entertainment industry seem to be booming and expanding. Many of them are on a buying spree or are looking at creating new products aimed at bringing in new revenue.
