PRANAV SANGHAVI answers, If a company annoucnes a buy back it means nothing but that the company will buy its stock from the public. It needs to seek various ermissions and approvals before doi the same. If they are planning to purchase from the open market then the price is close to market levels and if they plan to buy at a premium to the market price then it is through an offer ot the shareholders directly. The second method signals bullishness of the management in the company as it fels the stocks is under valued.
PRANAV SANGHAVI says, Well it is time for me to leave. Bye for now.
