Chevrolet Optra Platinum @ Rs 824,000

General Motors India on Thursday launched a special 'Platinum' edition of its luxury sedan Chevrolet Optra priced at Rs 824,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).

The company plans to sell 250 units of Chevrolet Optra Platinum limited edition throughout the country, GM said in a statement.

The limited edition sedan would come with an additional three-year warranty and sports new feature including a platinum badge on the trunk lid, chrome kit for the front lower bumper, outer rear view mirror and tail-lamps, new gear knob and an MP3 music system, it said.

"The Optra Platinum demonstrates GM India's commitment to continually exceed expectations of our customers in our vehicles and services," GM India vice president P Balendran said in the statement.

GM India is also expanding its dealership network to 114 from the present 76 by the end of this calendar year, the statement said.
