India's forex reserves up at $195.95 bn

Foreign exchange reserves increased $1.547 billion to $195.957 billion for the week ended March 16, according to the weekly supplement released by the RBI on Friday.

Foreign currency assets moved up $1.545 billion to $188.603 billion. Gold reserves and SDRs were unchanged at $6.883 billion and $ 2 million, respectively.

The Reserve Tranche Position with the IMF was up $2 million at $469 million. Powered by
