Polaris [Get Quote] Software has signalled an end to its seven-year legal battle with New Jersey-based Data Inc and its president and CEO Arun Verma.

On November 26, a US court closed Data Inc's prolonged lawsuit against Polaris after Polaris agreed to make a full and final settlement payment of $600,000 to Data Inc.

Polaris Chief Financial Officer Srikanth said that the company was satisfied with final settlement of the long-pending case.

"This case has taken up a lot of our time and energy, and has now been appropriately closed," Srikanth said.
