As the stage is set for a high-octane four-Test series against Australia [Images], Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh [Images] says there were no favourites or underdogs on the upcoming tour.

"I don't think someone is underdog or favourite in a game like cricket. The three big names -- (Glenn) McGrath, Shane Warne [Images] and (Adam) Gilchrist are not in their side this time, but their batting department is still dominating," Harbhajan told NDTV.

The spinner insisted the Indians are ready to produce a no-holds-barred effort to beat the Aussies and win the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.

"India is the only side which gives them a shake all the time, and this time we will get a best chance to give them a big shake convincingly. All the boys are ready and looking forward to this series," he said.

"We want to win the series and want to do everything to ensure that win this time. But we have to be top of our ability whenever we play against them," he added.

On Australia skipper Ricky Ponting's [Images] concern about his poor form on Indian pitches, the spinner said,"Ponting is a great player who has got runs everywhere except India. I hope the record remains the same, because then it will make things easy for us."
