United States President George W Bush has expressed confidence that with actionable intelligence the top leadership of al Qaeda could be brought to justice.

"I'm confident that with actionable intelligence we will be able to bring top al Qaeda to justice," Bush said when he was asked whether the United States would go unilaterally into areas of Pakistan should there be actionable intelligence on the whereabouts of the al Qaeda.

Bush said the US is in constant communications with the Pakistan government over the issue.

"It's in their interest that foreign fighters be brought to justice. After all, these are the same ones who are plotting to kill President Musharraf. We share a concern," Bush said in a joint press conference with the President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai at Camp David.

"And I'm confident, with real, actionable intelligence, we will get the job done," Bush added.
