The Sensex is now up 113 points at 15,055. The NSE Nifty is up 47 points at 4,523.

ONGC [Get Quote] has soared 5.5% to Rs 1,049. Reliance Infrastructure has surged over 4% to Rs 1,057.

DFL has rallied over 3% to Rs 511. Bharti Airtel [Get Quote], ICICI Bank [Get Quote] and Tata Motors [Get Quote] have advanced 2.7% each to Rs 839, Rs 758 and Rs 449, respectively.

Maruti [Get Quote] has moved up over 2% to Rs 620, and Jaiprakash Associates [Get Quote] has added 1.8% to Rs 176.

Ambuja Cements and HDFC Bank [Get Quote] have gained 1.6% each at Rs 85 and Rs 1,225, respectively.

TCS [Get Quote] has plunged 5% to Rs 816. Wipro [Get Quote] and Infosys [Get Quote] have tumbled around 3% each to Rs 396 and Rs 1,554, respectively. Satyam [Get Quote] has shed 1.8% at Rs 371.

Cipla has slipped 1.7% to Rs 229. Hindustan Unilever, ITC and NTPC are down 1.3% each at Rs 228, Rs 189 and Rs 188, respectively.

The Sensex opened with a positive gap of 140 points at 15,082. The index is up 144 points at 15,086. The NSE Nifty is up 43 points at 4,520.

ONGC has surged nearly 5% to Rs 1,043. Bharti Airtel has rallied nearly 4% to Rs 848.

Reliance Infrastructure has advanced 3.5% to Rs 1,049. Jaiprakash Associates and HDFC Bank have moved up 2.5% each to Rs 177 and Rs 1,235, respectively.

Ambuja Cements and DLF have gained 2.3% each at Rs 86 and Rs 507, respectively.

Reliance Communications [Get Quote] is up 2% at Rs 536.

Wipro, Infosys and TCS have slipped 2% each to Rs 399, Rs 1,570 and Rs 841, respectively.

Hindustan Unilever is down 1.4% at Rs 228.
