Global business management and software solutions company Sage Group has acquired London-based software services company Snowdrop systems for an enterprise value of 17 million pounds (about Rs 138.55 crore).
"The acquisition of Snowdrop brings sage a portfolio of human resource and payroll software solutions for the UK mid-market, completing our existing software solutions," Sage group Chief Executive Paul Walker said in a statement in New Delhi on Thursday.
Sage Group is a supplier of business management, software solutions and related products and services for small and medium enterprises. Sage Software India is the India-based subsidiary of the Sage Group.
