RIL to invest $14 bn in E&P biz, pipelines

Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries [Get Quote] on Saturday said it plans to invest upto $14 billion in its oil exploration and production business and laying transportation pipelines.

This investment will be spread over the next 2-3 years, S C Varma, president (development & production), RIL said.

The company will investing over $3 billion for laying 14,000 km pipelines, he said.
