Prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee is going in for his second knee operation - this time on the right leg. Barely eight months ago, famed United States surgeon Dr Chitaranjan S Ranawat had replaced the left kneecap with a metal plate; now it is the turn of the right knee.
