Who is the FUNKIEST leader of them all?

Russia's President Vladimir Putin, United States Secretary of State John Kerry and China's President Xi Jinping have all gathered at Nusa Dua, Bali to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit.

Kerry, in particular, looked a bit befuddled with what appeared to be his first brush with the local culture.
