Guess who was the star in the German dressing win after their win against Portugal?

The Germans love their football and how! There is no better example than Angela Merkel.

An excited German Chancellor was seen jumping up and down in the VVIP stands, pumping both her fists in the air as her national team thrashed Portugal 4-0 in their opening match at the World Cup in Brazil.

She cheered through the game even as those around her including former France star and current UEFA chief Michael Platini were more controlled.

And the celebrations continued even after the win. Merkel joined the players in the dressing room, who clearly seemed more thrilled than her. As they cooled down after the game, many of them of course shirtless, they all rushed to click a selfie with the lady in red.
