Supremo Thackeray's final stopover at Sena Bhavan

Lakhs of people gathered at Sena Bhavan, the headquarters of the Shiv Sena, where the cortege of party supremo Bal Thackeray, made a halt before it headed to Shivaji Park for the final rites.

Only family and senior Sena leaders were allowed entry inside the building where the body was kept for 30 minutes.

Loud roars of Parat ya parat ya Balasaheb parat ya (Come back, come back, Balasaheb come back), Kon ala re, kon ala Shiv Senecha wagh ala (Who has come, who has come, Shiv Sena's tiger has come) and Balasaheb amar rahe (long live Balasaheb) were heard outside the party headquarters.
