The supporters then went around the area and deflated tyres of buses which were parked to take protesters who were detained.

Tyres of four buses were deflated by a few supporters, who justified their action saying 'they will not allow any of their leaders to be detained'. The supporters also stopped vehicles on the roads and asked them to join the protest.
