Narendra Modi visits Vaishnodevi shrine

Bharatiya Janata Party’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is trying to rake up as many divine blessings he can in this election season!

Modi took off to visit the pilgrimage of Vaishnodevi shrine in Jammu on Wednesday morning.

Later, the Gujarat chief minister is scheduled to address a rally in Hiranagar near the India-Pakistan border.

Modi tweeted a photograph of himself, atop a white horse, while on his way to Vaishnodevi.

"Jai Mata Di! On way to Vaishno Devi from Sanjichhat," tweeted the PM candidate.

The Jammu and Kashmir police have beefed up security at Hiranagar to ensure that Modi’a rally goes off peacefully.
