Hours before being sworn in as India's 13th President, Pranab Mukherjee appeared relaxed and in high spirits.

On Tuesday, the President-elect's Talkatora Road residence was teeming with visitors who wanted to congratulate him and wish him luck as he embarks on a new assignment.
