Jesus College Choir -- a choir from the University of Cambridge -- teamed up with non-government organisation Songbound for an unique initiative that culminated at Blue Frog, a popular lounge in Mumbai.
Songbound and the popular choir tried to spread the message of music by holding workshops for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
Members of the choir taught the enthusiastic children some music techniques and new songs.

The Jesus College Choir joined voices with 200 such children during a performance at Blue Frog on Sunday night.
The event was attended by music lovers from across the city.

During its India sojourn, the Jesus College Choir also visited Worli and Kamathipura to perform for the children living in the local slums.
At Blue Frog, the choir and the children performed Hindi songs, some ditties written by the children themselves and choral classics.
