4 Indian cities among Top 20 headed for DISASTER!

A lot has been said and reported over the years about how climate change threatens to endanger the lives of those who live on the fringes.
Now, researchers seem to have found out which cities across the globe face the highest risk from coastal flooding.
A new study by World Bank has said that unless governments "listen to prophecies of doom" and boost their spending on flood defences, flood damage to the world's largest coastal cities by 2050 could reach $1 trillion (Rs 63 lakh crore).
