What's Nirmalaji doing on the high seas?

There are 8 weeks and a few days to go before she tables the Budget on the floor of the House, but Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman took a respite from budgetary activity on Thursday to review of Customs activities at the Nhava Sheva port in Maharashtra's Raigad district.
