The meeting was however attended by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Syed, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, besides those from NDA-ruled states.
