In all, 13 chief ministers kept away from the NITI Aayog's Governing Council meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. The meeting was however attended by Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Syed, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, besides those from NDA-ruled states.

Wonder what Modi said to the Jammu-Kashmir chief minister on this occasion.
