The Parliament is set to rock again over the issue of government formation in Goa and Manipur.
On Saturday, the results of the five states -- Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur were announced in which the UP romped to victory in UP and Uttarakhand while the Congress won Punjab.
