The United States of America just dropped the biggest non-nuclear bomb in Afghanistan targeting Islamic State militants.

>> The bomb, developed by Albert Weimorts of the United States military, was first tested in 2003

>> The GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast is a 21,600-pound, GPS-guided explosive

>> According to military information website Deagel, MOAB costs around $16 million (Rs 103 crore) per unit. So far, the US military has spent $314 million on the production of the explosive
