Since her arrest a year back, the Sadhvi has been alleging all forms of harassment by either the jail authorities or by the Mumbai Anti-Terror Squad.
Sovani explained that things are in place now and there are no complaints as such from his client. Sovani said that his client was discharged from the JJ Hospital on Saturday after undergoing treatment for backache.
Her being admitted to the JJ Hospital was itself mired in controversy. She had alleged that Ajmal Kasab, the lone surviving attacker in the Mumbai terror attacks case, was given preferential treatment and admitted to the hospital before her.
Finally the court granted permission that she be admitted to the hospital for treatment.
Sadhvi's disciple, Brahmachari Anant said that he was present with her at the time of her being discharged. She never mentioned that she wanted to kill herself even once.
All she said was that she would rather die than getting treated at the JJ Hospital.
Sovani said that as of now there are no complaints from the Sadhvi and the only focus would be to deal with the case in which she is being tried.
Sovani also said that they will be moving the high court against the order of the special court which rejected the bail application of the Sadhvi.
