The National Commission for Women on Saturday said it has sufficient evidence to seek justice in the Ahmedabad gang rape case.
A girl was raped allegedly by her boy friend and his friends at a new year's party in Ahmedabad. The girl subsequently committed suicide.

Expressing anguish at the role of a New Delhi-based hospital, which allegedly sheltered Sajal Jain, the prime accused in the case, NWC chairperson Poornima Advani said: "There is sufficient evidence to say that it [the case]
Advani and another member of the commission spent a day in Ahmedabad on Saturday meeting the victim's family and the investigating officers. "We can say that our inquiry has been completed to a large extent, but not completely. We will be preparing a detailed report," Advani said.
She said the investigations should have been completed earlier, but it was "delayed during important stages."
