Arabs hold a "hatred never equalled" toward America, declared Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak, while Jordan's King Abdullah suddenly put off a visit to the White House pending 'clarifications' on Washington's position on the West Asia crisis.
Foreign ministers, from Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Palestinian Authority attended the one-day meeting of the 57-nation grouping. About a dozen others are sending junior ministers or other envoys.
