Two Navy ships on display in Mumbai Fest

The Indian Navy has joined the Mumbai Festival 2006 by anchoring two newly introduced Navy ships - INS Godavari and INS Beas, at the Gateway of India for public display from January 20 to 22. The ships are equipped with the modern missiles, censors and other equipment. 

According to the naval authorities, arrangements have been made at the Gateway of India from where boats will take people to the the naval anchorage area for a guided tour of these ships.

During the three days boats will be available every half an hour from 10 am to 4.30 pm. Entry to these two vessels is free.
