Prime Minister Manmohan Singh [ Images ] on Wednesday directed Home Minister P Chidambaram [ Images ] to do everything necessary after serial blasts rocked Mumbai [ Images ], and keep him updated.
The prime minister, who was monitoring the developments related to the three explosions, spoke to Chidambaram and also Maharashtra [ Images ] Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan [ Images ], prime minister's office sources said.
While speaking to Chidambaram, Singh asked him to do the needful and update him, sources said.
