The terror strike at Jaipur in Rajasthan was considered to be one of the worst attack in the country in recent times.

Over 60 persons died and scores of others were injured in the mad act of terror in which at least nine bombs went off in quick succession in and around the famous shopping destination, Johari Bazaar in Jaipur.

Immediately after the blasts, the finger was pointed to both the Harkat-ul-Jihadi and SIMI. The use of Neogel-90 to make the bombs was an indication that the HujI and SIMI could be behind the blasts since the same pattern was used in the Hyderabad blasts.

The police are almost certain that the Hyderabad blasts were the handiwork of the HuJI and SIMI. On paper, the Jaipur

blasts have not progressed like how it should have.

Despite there being such a hue and cry regarding the attack on the Pink City, all the police have managed to do is round off scores of people. Interrogations have led the police to believe that the attack was planned by HuJI and executed by SIMI in India.

They say that SIMI's second-in-command Peedical Shibly is the one who carried out the attack prior to his arrest along with 9 other SIMI operatives in Indore.

The Jaipur police are now working in tandem with the Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai police to crack this case. The IB says that police forces have to work together in future as all these blasts are inter-linked.
