Former Kerala  Chief Minister and Congress working committee member K Karunakaran's condition remains critical. The 91-year old Congress leader was admitted to a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday.

He was in a highly critical condition when he was taken to the hospital, his grandson Maneesh said.
However  when contacted, the team of doctors who are attending to him said that the condition is still not right but he was responding to medication.
