Maqbool Fida Husain, one of India's best-known and most controversial artists, died in Royal Brompton Hospital in London early Thursday morning. He was 95.
The self-taught artist, often termed as 'Picasso of India', was dogged by controversies in his lifetime over his depiction of religious figures.
