Damodar Acharya, vice-chancellor of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, has been appointed chairman of All India Council for Technical Education, an official announcement said in New Delhi on Tuesday night.
Acharya's tenure is for three years or until he turns 65 years old or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, the announcement said.
