Kanishka accused found not guilty!

A Canadian judge has cleared two India-born Canadians of all charges in the 1985 Kanishka plane tragedy that killed 329 people.

British Columbia Supreme Court Judge Bruce Ian Josephson found the main suspects, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Ajaib Singh Bagri, not guilty on all eight counts of murder and conspiracy on Wednesday.

The verdict came as an immense blow to the families of the victims, who waited 20 years for some kind of justice to assuage their pain.
