Message:I like what an Indian Journalist said reflecting on the life of Mother Teresa and Princess Diana. And that is that Mother Teresa gave her WHOLE LIFE, every hour of every day, for 50 years working in the gutters of Calcutta, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, giving drink to the thirsty, giving shelter to the homeless, rescuing new born babies abandoned to rot in a Calcutta garbage can.

Everyday of her life she lived the words of Jesus who warned us how we all will be judged in the end. "I was hungry and you gave me food...Whatever you did to the least of these you did it to me." In this respect, the Indian journalist said, Mother Teresa LIVED THIS WAY of LIFE where Princess Diana was just a tourist. I saw Mother Teresa once at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC. My impression of her, her countenance, was such that you knew this woman was very, very, dear in the eyes of God. You sensed goodness coming from her and holiness. You felt you were somehow closer to God. It was a feeling you would have to experience yourself to understand, but you sensed it as clearly as you saw her in front of you. Even her body took the shape of the work she performed, bent over, always helping.

If you wanted the quickest entrance into Heaven she was the ticket. Imagine hanging onto her soul as it streaked toward Heaven like greased lightning. Now you're here now you're there. Her life must now make all of us ponder on what more we can do in our own lives, in our own circumstances to help others in need. Mother Teresa like St Francis of Assisi will haunt our conscience, but hopefully encourage us to put our hands and abundance to better use whenever and wherever we can. Mother Teresa has shown us that in the end there is only God and you. And that reality should encourage us as surely as the life of Mother Teresa.

Message:The Mother has departed to her home. She came to the human world as a messenger of God's love. She started a movement, she lead it for so long that God decided it was time for the others to take the lead and proceed. I do not despair her living in the world of angels. I do not weep over an irretrievable loss. I am proud that God has given the rest of the world a chance to lead lives like the one this saint has set an example for. I am proud she was my Mother as she was everybody else's. I am proud that my country has nurtured a great being like this Mother.

Message:I had the opportunity to meet Mother Teresa several years ago. She was the most gentle, soft spoken and kind person I have ever met in my life. She lived a very humble life at Sisir Bhavan. Even though she lived so simply, she was so great. Her height seemed so insignificant because she stood taller than all humans in her work. She will be missed by the world. She should be granted sainthood immediately. I don't understand why the wait. It is asked that they have to prove if she did any miracles. Isn't giving life to the poor and ill, a miracle. Mother, we all love you.
