Ajmal Amir Kasab [Images], the lone terrorist arrested during the terror attack on Mumbai [Images] in November last year, admitted that he was guilty during the ongoing trial at a special court in Mumbai on Monday.

Kasab, who had retracted his earlier confession, on Monday pleaded guilty to the charges against him. He also narrated the entire sequence of events that took place during the terror siege.

During his confession, Kasab named Lashkar-e-Tayiba [Images] operative Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi as the mastermind behind the terror attack that had claimed 183 lives.

He spoke in detail about how he and nine other terrorists, who were all killed during the siege, had traveled from Karachi to Mumbai to launch the terror attack.
