He has kept this promise as during his 200 days of rule, communal incidents have increased in all areas," Gowda told PTI. Gowda said that in his long innings as a politician, he had never seen such deterioration in law and order in Karnataka. "Even in Bangalore, there has been an increase in incidents of crime. There is no safety for the common man," Gowda said. The activists alleged that the pub owner was allowing the boys and girls to dance in an obscene manner.
