A brief session of Parliament is likely to begin from February 16 and continue till February 24.

While no formal decision has been taken by the government about the dates, sources said a tentative schedule was under consideration.

This will be the last session of the 14th Lok Sabha, whose term expires by the middle of May.

During the session, the government will go for a vote-on-account in view of the Lok Sabha polls which could be held in April-May, Parliament sources said.
