VHP welcomes Nanavati Commission report September 25, 2008 21:50 IST The Vishwa Hindu Parishad on Thursday described as a "landmark judgement" the Nanavati Commission report which gave a clean chit to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi [Images]. VHP international secretary Pravin Togadia said that the report has established that Godhra train carnage was a "pre-planned attack."
